Absolutely. The Tier 1 Roadmap is a great fit for your school or district.

Each course is grade-level specific, so Kindergarten teachers learn how to meet the developmental needs of 5-year-olds, first grade teachers get what their students need, and so on.

This ensures every educator has a clear, 7-step Tier 1 framework that matches their grade level—complete with demonstration videos, planning tools, and research-to-practice resources.

Washington State Title 1 School:

Educate’s Train‑the‑Trainer certification (also called our Educate Ambassador pathway) is designed for schools and districts that want to build their own internal Tier 1 expertise and become self-sustaining Tier 1 systems.

Through this program, we:

• Certify a group of leaders or coaches to deliver Educate’s Tier 1 professional learning in-house

• Provide 12 months of virtual coaching with Dr. Staci Bain to ensure strong implementation

• Equip your team with Educate’s proven Tier 1 Frameworks, resources, and materials

• Help your school or district become a self-sustaining, community-driven Tier 1 system

As part of this pathway, schools also gain access to monthly National Professional Learning Community gatherings facilitated by Dr. Bain. These live, virtual sessions sustain momentum, deepen Tier 1 expertise, and connect schools with a nationwide network of leaders.

Please note: This PLC option is a school site-based experience only and requires that school staff be enrolled in Educate’s Tier 1 Roadmap courses.
