Leading Tier 1 with Intention is a focused, 4-week strategy experience designed for school and district leaders ready to strengthen their Tier 1 system—fast.

Together, we’ll examine your current Tier 1 structure, identify the root causes of gaps, and map out actionable next steps.

We’ll gather and analyze your current instructional materials, PD structures, and implementation realities.

Together, we’ll break down what’s working, what’s missing, and where key levers can shift outcomes.

🎯 Week 3 – High-Leverage Strategy Planning
You’ll receive focused coaching on the most powerful next moves—no fluff, just what works.

🗺️ Week 4 – Final Report + Action Plan
We’ll co-develop a roadmap with concrete steps, aligned to your goals and designed to build sustainable Tier 1 strength.

Washington State Title 1 School:

In just 6 months implementing Educate's Tier 1 system (with lesson frameworks), 100% of all Kindergarten students were on end-of-year benchmark or above (STAR, 2024).

Mississippi:

Within one school year, a county-wide team of third grade teachers moved all (N=1,500) but a handful of students through the state (retention) assessment and on to 4th grade.

Starting July 1, 2025, trainers will have the opportunity to become grade-level-specific certified through Educate’s national system.
